Description of Class: Get the best of both worlds with this combination class that will give you a total body workout! Start off with Turbo Kick Live, a fun, rhythmic cardio-kickboxing class with bursts of high intensity moves to help you burn tons of calories. Next, move into PiYo and enjoy the low-impact, high-intensity moves of PiYo Live focusing on core conditioning, as well as lengthening and strengthening your muscles with moves inspired by yoga and Pilates. Be sure to bring your yoga mat for added comfort. You’ll get the benefits of cardiovascular workout, core conditioning, body weight strengthening, balance and stretch all in this one hour class!
