So it is super cold right now up and down the East Coast. This morning in Happy Valley it was 0 degrees Fahrenheit. With a – 20 windchill.

But we can’t have it THAT bad. There have to be people who experience way worse conditions. Here are my favorite top 5 coldest locations on the earth where people leaving.
