Could this be the demise of Millennials?

Millennials are arguably the most well versed generation when it comes to food. Sure many of us still like to munch on Doritos and Smiley Fries on a regular basis but with all the different options in this wonderful melting pot of a country we have a rather large palette range. From Indian, to Thai, Austrian, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and that’s just in our small town of State College AND I didn’t even mention them all. And yeah other generations may just see us as a bunch of kids that like their food to resemble a Unicorn but that doesn’t mean that rainbow of a grilled cheese isn’t the BEST DAMN GRILLED CHEESE YOU’VE EVER HADD!!! But there is a slight chance that our food curiosity could be our downfall. As we are introduced to so many new delicious foods on a regular basis we are also introduced their downfalls, I don’t think I have to explain what happens a couple hours after eating Chipotle…  Well one food has been gaining a lot of popularity over the past couple year, going from pretty much exclusively high end restaurants to now being sold in pretty much every supermarket. I personally would eat it every day if it wasn’t on the pricier side, it’s sushi. Some people don’t eat it because of it being raw but that is what makes it sooo good, but recently it is also why it may be bad. Recently a parasite that may be hiding in your sushi has been on the rise throughout the world but in Spain and America more than anywhere else. This parasite can cause sever abdominal pain if not treated right away which happens fairly often because the beginning symptoms can be mistaken for a simple stomach ache. So the next time your craving sushi you might want to think twice before picking up that roll from the grocery store and if it’s in a gas station, well you have some greater problems in your life if you are even considering gas station sushi.
