Your Billboard Music Awards Recap of Performances! (Videos)

Did you also stay up late to watch the Billboard Music Awards? I don’t know about you, but it was SO worth it. I think for the most part, the performers killed it throughout the whole show.

Did you miss it or do you not have cable like me? Check out a recap of performances below!

Britney Spears kicked off the award show with a mash-up of her greatest hits (sort of):

Shawn Mendes is leaving us in “Stitches” after this stripped-down performance:

Meghan Trainor SLAYS with her song “No”

Fifth Harmony was next with their sexy single “Work From Home”

Is it just me or does Justin Bieber look like Eminem during his performance of “What Do You Mean” and “Sorry” ?

After being introduced by a few cast members from Bad Moms, Pink was on fire last night with her performance of “Just Like Fire” – which is inspired by Alice Through The Looking Glass:

The power behind Lukas Graham‘s voice is ridiculous! Here is him and the band performance their hit “7 Years”

Tove Lo and Nick Jonas were getting hot and heavy during their performance of “Close”

After Nick Jonas performed, his touring mate Demi Lovato took the stage to sing her summer smash “Cool For The Summer”

The happy couple, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were there to show the world how much they love each other with their new song “Go Ahead and Break My Heart”

Another Jonas Brother performed last night… yes please! Joe Jonas took the reigns with his band DNCE performing “Cake By The Ocean”

Adele couldn’t make it to the awards show last night, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t leave her mark. She actually premiered her new music video for “Send My Love (To Your Lover)”

Here’s one of the more emotional performances of the night. Celine Dion took the stage along with violinist Lindsey Stirling to perform “The Show Must Go On” before receiving the Icon Award from her son:

Look at this cutie! Take a look at 20-year-old Troye Sivan performing his song “Youth”

#Throwback – The Go-Go’s performed their hit “We Got The Beat” with a 35-year anniversary twist!

Ariana Grande showed us why she has one of the most powerful voices with her song “Dangerous Woman”

Just in case you forgot, Rihanna has an amazing voice. Here she is performing “Love On The Brain” as a reminder:

One of the most talked about performances leading up to the award show, was Madonna‘s tribute to Prince. The amazing “Purple Rain” tribute eventually included Stevie Wonder in the mix, which just made it even more awesome.

And finally…another talked about performance  was Kesha. Yes, she was granted permission to perform and she decided to pay tribute to Bob Dylan with his song “It Ain’t Me Babe”
