Boxing is something that has gotten a little weird.

Growing up, my grandfather used to watch boxing all the time. When he was younger, my grandfather appreciated the sport, but never got further than the first knockout he received in the ring.

One of the most amazing boxers of all time Floyd Mayweather caught even my grandfathers attention early in Floyd’s career. Mayweather has secured 50 wins with zero losses during his pro career. Zero. While some bouts were contentious Mayweather is one of the best boxers, if not the greatest boxer of all time. He is paid more than Lebron James and Tiger woods. He is an Silver medal Olympian.

Now things get weird. 

Recently Mayweather got offered a lot of money to fight Youtube star Logan Paul in an exhibition bout for 8 rounds. Early Jun 2021, these two went to battle in the ring. Paul is 6-foot-2, 26 years old, and a social media star with VERY little boxing experience. Mayweather is 5-foot-8, 44 years old, and is a Hall-Of-Fame boxer. YouTube star-turned-prizefighter Logan Paul did go the distance with Floyd Mayweather — all eight rounds — at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
