Louis Tomlinson broke silence not long ago after the passing of his younger sister but he again spoke up and stirred up some question for many One Direction fans and music lovers too. On Monday he tweeted “wanted to get this off my chest” along with a note attached. He wrote “Someone recently said something very interesting about how so many people focus on the ‘ end game ‘ without enjoying the doing. I’ve been thinking a lot more about what success means to me…” Louis continued to talk about how his entire career has been based on “trying to fit into top 40 radio” and how he wants to get back to what he loves. He went on to talk about how he doesn’t want to “compete with Drake and Ariana Grande” and basically how that getting a “hit single” means nothing to him anymore. Much respect goes to Louis Tomlinson though, he is sticking to what he loves doing and isn’t going to let parameters keep him in line. Does this mean we have to wait even longer now for this album if he’s going to make changes or is he going to leave what he has and add more songs? Either way after years in the making one thing is for sure, this album will be filled with bangers!
